ICCA and the USA Cheese Guild co-created the USA Cheese Specialist Program from the ground up — a three-level certification program structured across Associate, Intermediate, and Advanced levels, each delivering 16 hours of Continuing Professional Development.
This is not a series of tasting sessions — it is a structured sequence of experiential workshops, designed to build a strong foundation of knowledge and inspire real-world application through full sensory immersion.
